Rinan began his career as a Level 1 technician, supporting end users and solving IT issues. Progressing to Level 2, he gained extensive networking experience with Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Cisco, HP, and other leading brands.
Over five years working with Victorian schools, Rinan built physical servers and a new Active Directory environment, following strict Department of Education IT policies and best practices. Those environments left no room for guesswork, and that shaped how Rinan’s Tech works today.
This hands-on experience inspired him to transition into managed services and launch Rinan’s Tech, bringing the same expertise to businesses across industries.
